The ladies on reception are so helpful and kind. Dr Padilla is very thorough.
Very clean practice and also offer blood testing facilities. I highly recommend this team! Thank you Gps On Vermont for taking such wonderful care of our family.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Been waiting 2 months for my records to be sent from another doctors and it still wasn't done was told we have a 150 people to deal with every day and don't have time to keep chasing it even though they sent it to the wrong email and then told me I gave them the wrong one. Also, the doctor asked me what to do regarding a referral, and I was amazed as it's a doctors job to do the referral, not mine. Wasted 2 months waiting for stuff to get done for nothing just for my health to get worse. Never going back.

The best care my family and I have received since moving to Wodonga nearly 5 years ago. Dr Padilla and her team (especially Dr Manthi) as well as the reception team are extremely empathetic and have always shown great care and respect towards my family. They're doing a commendable job!! If you need a doctor that genuinely listens and cares about you, go to see the doctors at GPs On Vermont. I did 4 years ago and couldn't be happier with the treatment and respect I have been given. Thank you to the doctors, nurses, receptionists and the cleaners. (The practice is very clean)

GP’s in Vermont are the best medical clinic in Albury/Wodonga, imo. The receptionists treat you with nothing but kindness and respect (shoutout to Elysia and Sharon specifically though - for all being exceptionally helpful, understanding, kind and professional.
Also the practice manager Liz, who spent 20 odd minutes consoling me after a bad hospital visit.
I see Dr Buddhi, and she is beyond caring and tho rough.
Unfortunately, though, there is another female doctor there, who has on multiple occasions left me walking out of the room in tears after being not only spoken to rudely, but refused to assist me with something almost life threatening when she was within her means to do so. Due to her negligence, I would strongly advise against going to see her. (I don’t want to name her here as she doesn’t deserve to be publicly blasted, however I just advise seeing Dr Buddhi if possible).

All in all though, great clinic, great receptionists and great treatment. Also, Stacey who works in the partnered pathology clinic is just as lovely.

GP's on Vermont has to be the most caring Medical Centre I have ever attended .
All the Drs are excellent and take the time to get to know you .
There is continuity of care by every Dr , whoever I see .
The Clinic Nurses are excellent and SO lovely , friendly and very experienced .
The Practice Manager , Liz , is absolutely fantastic .
Liz is outstanding in her experience , and her beautiful caring nature , and so very efficient , and always able to help , with a smile on her face .
Each and every one of the Reception Staff are so beautiful.
They listen , understand and are all so caring - they follow through , and they all know exactly what they are doing , and are able to sort out anything that needs to be done quickly .
Special Thanks to Shona and Sharon , who are so so lovely , every single time , and a delight to speak with , plus both Shona and Sharon are very knowledgeable and efficient , whilst at the same time being beautiful inside and out .
To be treated so beautifully by ALL staff , and treated with respect , and to always feel so welcomed and comfortable , is just fantastic .

Amazing clinic, all the doctors I’ve seen are so wonderful, empathetic, and really listen to you. The nurses are all so kind and friendly. This clinic is welcoming and inclusive to all LGBTQ+ people, and if you’re an anti-vax conspiracy theorist, it’s probably not the clinic for you 😊
