We have just finished our second appointment with Dr Sara Stephenson and I cannot praise her enough. She showed kindness and empathy and generally listened to our concerns with a holistic approach. We also appreciated her punctuality yet we didnt feel rushed during our appointment. The staff at the front desk were also very friendly and approachable. Overall a very positive experience.

Great service, with a smile. It was a last minute appointment and I felt like I was taken very good care of. Dr Dalrymple was thorough and very helpful, and the ladies at the front desk made me feel very welcome.

Today my daughter saw Dr Emma Stephenson for the first time. Dr Emma was fantastic, she didn't rush and took the time to ask my daughter questions about her holidays and school etc to build positive rapport. Dr Emma verbalised every step so there were no surprises. My daughter said she is lovely and a great doctor. We will definitely be seeing Dr Emma again.

I was incredibly disappointed with our experience with one of the priority care doctors. He told us that he'd only ever worry about a cough if it continued longer than 2 weeks and that there was no point doing a
swab to confirm anything because it would just be a viral induced cough and the treatment wouldn't differ. In the mean time, my 3 year old continued to cough for another 2 weeks, eventually get diagnosed with a notifiable disease - whooping cough and end up in the ED EXTREMELY unwell from complications from said whooping cough. Do better. Just do the swab.

Friendly reception but something is seriously wrong with the person doing booking changes. Made a booking online then was advised that doc was not available for my appointment via telephone call. Moved appointment from Thursday 28/11 to Tuesday 3/12. All this to be coordinated with my busy schedule and time taken off. Guess what, luckily I called to confirm before I left. No appointment. What a joke!!! Luckily I’m not seriously ill. Won’t be seeing me!!
