My Mum is a patient and she has to wait for at least 1 hour every time she goes there and sometimes for 2hrs! Such a poorly managed practice with the rudest receptionist team. They insulted my mum and it feels like they don’t want to answer you. The only good thing about this GP practice is how new the building is! Such a shame!

I don't think this place is good for patients. I booked an appointment for 4:20pm. I was before time, still I waited for more than an hour and other patients who even came walkIn(not sure) were called in before me. I wasted my almost 3 hours on this place and I have to leave because I was getting a constant reply from the receptionist that doc is busy with other patient and you are next. I even requested them to get me another appointment with any other GP available but she said all the doctors are busy.

I have been there twice and every time (even my partner) needed to wait at least 30min to see a doctor. medical centre need to work on appointment timing , people are just wasting their time in waiting room for doctor to call their name.

First time going to this Surgery, as our Doctor was no long available at another surgery, so tried to follow him. Son had severe skin condition that we could not get answers for and had tried many different recommended remedies to no avail. After seeing GP Surgery Campbelltown, despite our originally requested Doctor not being available - we saw Dr Helen Kong. She was straight down for business, showed genuine concern for my son's condition and immediately picked up the phone and assisted us with getting a specialist appointment (this specialist was booked out until February) - thanks to her, we were seen today and been placed on a new plan for new hope. Thank you Doctor Helen, for your compassion and urgency with my son's condition. Look forward to seeing you again in the future.

This was once a great practice.It's changed hands and many of the old staff have left.Some of the new front office staff seem to think they can answer on behalf of doctors.
Never had a cross word or a problem for 30 years going to this practice.Now people who have been going here for many many years are like strangers.
Front office staff one in particular extremely condescending and outright rude.
Such a shame for a once good practice

Saw Dr Mario Soteriou for the first time today. He was such a knowledgeable, professional, caring doctor. Explained everything so clearly and made sure my husband understood. Highly recommend him. Front staff were also excellent and helpful
