Clinpath not Doctor related. I Waited an hour for bloods to be taken only to be told the script I was sent via sms needed to be printed which the reception completed and as I was about to return to the clinpath person the clown taking the blood called someone else in. This clown was taking 20 mins inbetween patients after they walked out. In saying this I have never had an issue other than today will not go back there knowing this clown is there. Please note only 3 people had bloods done in that hour totally useless

Absolutely disgusting staff mocking my mental illness,,, laughing at my anxiety and agoraphobia..they literally said they are fully booked for emergencies for over 12 months,, which is very much a lie, its ment to be a walk in emergency dentist. Appalling and disgusting behavior and zero empathy... your better off just knocking them out yourself with the lies gp plus dentist.... what a disgrace

Visited the SA Dental clinic here for my son after they got us an emergency appointment. The reception staff were a little slow considering no one was waiting in line. The dentists themselves were amazing! All were friendly and made my 6 year old feel very comfortable. The dentist, Rob, was absolutely amazing, I could not recommend him enough. He explained what he was going to do to my son in a fun way that he could understand. Could not have been happier with the service here!

Worst medical center ever sent me a sms to say had appointment today……drove from balaklava only to be told the heart failure clinic didnt have an appointment but we were welcome to wait for a crappy dr who on our last appointment spent more time typing and mumbling than he did talking to us…..NO WAY WILL BE BACK receptionist was rude and arrogant and very unhealpful getting my husband hassled, i guess thats one way to drum up business but ours we wont be back cant trust you.

It seems this place never takes in new patients. Been there three time and got sent away every time, even though there was still available spot on their booking system.

Hi, would just like to give some feedback about my appointment yesterday. I needed an iron infusion and was seen by the nurse and Dr Jolie. I was very impressed with both of them. They were very gentle and supportive. Thank you so much for making my experience great 🙂

Sharon, one of the call takers/ clerical staff needs to re-take her customer service course.

She was RUDE and un-accommodating to my partner who was simply trying to book our babies first appointment.
She offered ZERO resolution, but was happy to abruptly ask questions, cut my partner off and then say they weren't taking any new patients.

If clerical work isn't for you perhaps you need to find a new job, don't take it out on new parents trying to do the right thing for bubs.
