What a fantastic practice! After having surgery last week, and now staying with family in Leura, I needed to have wounds checked and redressed. I called in the morning and they squeezed me in before lunchtime. Dr Nick was fantastic, as was the receptionist who was extremely helpful and so friendly. Thanks for being my GP away from home!!

Went there twice for COVID shots, all good. Very friendly, very competent on-site. Filled out the new patient registration the first time, and, as I had just moved to the mountains back then, asked on the spot if the would act as my GP practise here which was confirmed. So I filed them with my private health insurance, employer etc.
Suffering from severe pain in my shoulder throughout the weekend, I booked an appointment for Monday via Hotdoc (where a slot was available). Request went through. Got a phone call 4 hours prior to the appointment telling me "they don´t take on new patients" and after pointing out that I am not a new patient and on record with them got pushed back with a "that doesnt count" and informed that the doctor will not see me, regardless the pain level and regardless an appointment being available.
Thanks for nothing and thanks for telling me too late to find another appointment today.

My husband saw Dr Nick and had a biopsy done on his leg. A week later he went back for the results, and Dr Nick didn't have a clue. They charge like wounded bulls, and they can't even remember who you are. The receptionist is incredibly rude also.

Unfriendly receptionist and rude nurse. On two occasions. They won't let you see a doctor if you are sick and ask for help.
