Good team of doctors held back by excessive waiting times. Normally I wait for an hour or more. I see patients arrive late it makes no difference. Perhaps I should apply this strategy.

Doctors are never on time even when you book the first appointment for the day. It happened several times, it seems theyvlike having people on the waiting area. Very unprofessional.

I changed to this centre after my regular doctor let me down. I saw Dr Lucy first, who I definitely don't recommend. I then saw Dr Arash. He is absolutely amazing and solved my biggest issue on the first consultation. I can't thank him enough for this, he is very caring and kind, and listens. I thoroughly recommend Dr Arash, thank you for giving me some life back.

Saw Dr Rayner for a one off consultation as my regular doctor was unavailable, omg, rude, arrogant, condescending, belittling and no understanding of my situation as a disabled person. Actually question my regular doctor decisions and assessments (who I have be happy seeing for over 8 years). He also wrote things on forms that he didn’t even discuss with me at the time of the consultation. I have had a lot of interaction with doctors over the years due to my disability and Dr Rayner would rank highly as the least compassionate and understanding with the worst bedside manner…he also seems to have serious problems making eye contact. Will never see him again.

I see Dr Amala Who is a fantastic doctor. I also see Dr Rayner. Who is also an exceptional Dr . I have only had wonderful experience with both of them. Very caring and listen to you you’re not pushed out the door, I have never found the receptionist to be rude always helpful. I have seen people pouring in the door the very patient. But on the other side of the fence I have seen in other practices as well aggressive patients that abuse the frontline receptionists. I work in the medical industry and that’s not pleasant to be abused.

Five stars to my doctor, but too often there is an unacceptable attitude from a main receptionist who is there most of the time.

This employee is valued by the practice as being very efficient and organised but alarmingly is often rude, intolerant and without compassion. This is detrimental for patients who are coming into the practice often at their most vulnerable.

I, and others, visit less often now, to avoid the blunt and direct rudeness, and we are therefore less likely to be diagnosed and treated when needed. The issue has been raised with this employee several times but it continues. Time to inform Queensland Health or the relevant authority.

I started seeing Dr Amala Bagul around 15 months ago after searching for a doctor who would take me seriously for practically my whole adulthood. I suffer with mental health issues, Scoliosis and a whole range of other health issues. My kids also see Amala and she is AMAZING with both my 3 year old and my Autistic 8 year old. She listens to all your concerns and takes them all very seriously. I have had to see other doctors in the centre who are all of very high standards also. I had to move to Caboolture 3 months ago and refuse to see any doctor closer to home, instead happily travelling the 30mins to see the doctor I trust! 10/10 recommend this doctors surgery and all the doctors who practice there. I have never had trouble getting an appointment quickly and never had a problem with the reception staff. The reception go above and beyond when booking appointments and never ever had to wait long on the phone
