Consistently Great Service at Goodwill Medical Centre

Over the past 5 years, I’ve visited Goodwill Medical Centre many times and have always had a positive experience. It’s easy to call the reception and make a booking, which is very convenient. The doctors are usually on time, with the average waiting time being under 10 minutes, which is a huge plus.

The staff is always friendly and professional, making each visit comfortable and smooth. I’ve always felt well taken care of, and I appreciate the reliable service and efficiency.

Highly recommend Goodwill Medical Centre for anyone looking for a well-run clinic with excellent staff and minimal waiting times!

Dr Gorgelin Kurian is one of the worst doctors practising in Adelade. Diagnosis was wrong and did not care at all about the report I had provided from emergency clinic. He is also from my community so I am frustrated by this attitude. Doc forgot he is in Australia. If he continues this attitude towards the patients showing no empathy then I will be the first one to report to National Health Practitioner Ombudsman. The attitude of thinking nothing will happen despite the poor reviews deserves to be raised to the concerned authority.

They are scammers!!! Don’t just go here i mean i just can’t express you might spend an extra dollar somewhere but don’t ever go hereeee !!! Worst shame on you guys! Their accent sounds like they are indian I am legit on the behalf not everyone is like them big shame on this hospital staff experience just now at 6:57 i spoke to a lady at reception, I just asked I want to make an appointment and she started talking about insurance cover, she repeated that once twice and thrice I really don’t care if it gonna cover or not, I called for a problem to see a doctor? What kind of service it is she was not kind very unprofessional and rude, with all due respect I request the authorities to either change that lady or teach a lesson because people call hospital when their health is compromised, other person have to show empathy and not but not the least be kind this was so disappointing.

We have been seeing Dr Georgelin for 10+ years. He is always straightforward and doesn't like soothing BS, that people like to hear from their medical practitioners. He is one of the few GPs in SA who is exceptionally qualified, has an eye for detail and root cause diagnosis.
We have nothing but praises for Dr Georgelin and his team. Like everywhere else, we had our ups and downs with this practise (E.g. sometimes, it's fully booked and hard to get an appointment straightaway). At the end of the day, my family was always taken care of and our medical needs were met. We are blessed to have such a reliable Dr in Adelaide. God Bless 🙏

So my experiences were accurate after seeing all the negative reviews. Both the doctor and receptionist are very rude and negative. Especially the doctor think’s that all other people are dump which is very unlikely as other doctors who put patients first

Have been in twice with severe pain in testes/scrotum. Doctor has told me it is nothing. This is with no blood test, one ultrasound on the scrotum, even though he said it is more likely to be a hernia he didnt ask for an ultrasound on the abdomen to check, he didn't even do a blood pressure test.
It is appalling the negligence this "DR" has shown towards me, I will not be returning as a patient

Dr. Kurian is one of the best Doctors I have ever met, his exceptional experience in diagnosing root cause and providing care accordingly is exceptional.
Their clinic is always available and provides you care in emergencies unlike other clinics that put you on hold forever.
I also wanted to appraise the reception personnel who are caring and friendly.

Edited: "Anonymous and dodgy?" - Google perfectly allows users to use a 'nickname', hence it being an option under account details. Also, typical response to constructive criticism about your clinic. Just proves my point you(s) cannot handle legitimate criticism that someone leaves.
My SIL visited this clinic a while back, she wasn't happy, but decided to give them a benefit of the doubt and gain my own personal experience. Visited this clinic not long ago after my regular doctor went on holiday, doctor wasn't very attentive, despite trying to give as many details as possible and bringing a diary of my vitals, he kept cutting me, seemed very dismissive and unbothered. I left the clinic still very worried about my lingering symptoms. After checking these reviews, I was very shocked at how the clinic responds to patient review, very immature and argumentative. You can always judge a clinic by how they respond to criticism. When other clinics receive negative comments and review, they still remain professional. These review responses sound like a angry teenager is responding to them, not a professional adult. Not to mention clinic writing PERSONAL medical details on a public forum (NO other clinic does that). Its unethical to post peoples diagnosis on a public forum, just saying. Its a privacy violation. I read each and every review, low and high rated ones, despite clinics claims that "99% of reviews are positive" and has been in business for years, the 2.9/5 rating and doctor rarely ever being booked out says otherwise. Dr is available nearly all day, everyday = not very many bookings. People are struggling on finding a GP to see, the fact that the doctor is always available speaks for itself.
