I am deeply disappointed with the level of care and professionalism I encountered with the doctor & the reception ladys at their office. Not only was my appointment delayed multiple times, but I was forced to wait over three hours past my scheduled time with no explanation to not receivethe appointmenti had booked... To make matters worse, there was no communication about the delay, and when I attempted to inquire, I was met with silence. This kind of neglect is unacceptable, especially when it comes to patient care. I trusted this doctor with my health, and instead, I was left feeling disrespected and completely disregarded. I would not recommend this office to anyone. Do yourself a favor and find a more reliable, attentive healthcare provider.

Three weeks ago I made an appointment with Dr Sudeer Mahadeo for a procedure, and received an email confirming the details. When I arrived the receptionist could not find any record of my appointment and I had to show her the email. After waiting one hour I asked the receptionist when I would be seen, but she could not tell me. After a further thirty minutes I told the receptionist I was leaving. I noticed that several people who arrived after me were seen by the doctor. So far nobody has contacted me to rebook. Completely unsatisfactory.

I had an appointment scheduled for 11:00 AM, and it’s now 11:40 AM, and I’m still waiting to be seen. Another patient, an Indian lady, was seen ahead of me, which caused a significant delay. This has been a frustrating experience, and it feels like there may have been some disorganization or lack of consideration for the scheduled times.

I hope the clinic can improve its scheduling and ensure all patients are treated fairly and promptly.

If I could I would give zero stars. I normally go to the Camira clinic but Dr is away and they advised me to go to the Goodna office. At 9:00 in morning I rang for an appointment and got one at 3:30. Had to leave work early to make it and went in and first was sent out the back to other receptionist who then sent me back to the front and said a female Dr would call me. I sat and watched everyone go in and out of the dr and watched as staff sat around doing not much and then leaving. At 4:50 the last Dr was leaving and asked what I was doing as everyone had gone. I told her I had a 3:30 appointment. She then begrudgingly agreed to see me before she left. She was rude and abrupt. I was there on behalf of my mother-in-law. I showed her the medication list which she brushed aside and then refused to give me required prescription because she didn’t know what medication she was on. I said, “I just showed you.” She then accused me of getting angry, which I was not and pointed out to her that I was frustrated but def not angry. Meanwhile she was very put out having to see me and refused to give me the required script but an alternative which I didn’t really want. I have never experienced such rudeness from a Dr and will never return ever. Worst Dr experience in my life.

Regarding Dr Urim.
It is very fortunate to have such an experienced and qualified doctor close by. With my health concerns, he was able to arrange for specialist treatment within a week with ongoing support. And Dr Urim is very easy to talk to and his advice is spot on.

I'd like to give a positive review but I can't. It started out ok and saw a Dr face to face on Tuesday. He sent me to pathology for a covid test. On Wed the result came back positive so I called and they made a phone consultation for 13:50. It appears the surgery completely forgot my appointment even though I rang them up 2 hours after the appointment. Perhaps if doctors would stop called their clients patients and called them customers they would realise mistreating costs their business big time. I'm quite disgusted to be honest. Now I don't know what the next step on in treating my covid and when I can return to work!!

Just moved here and won’t be back. Was never asked what my app was for when I booked. She just took my name and hung up fast. I arrived on time and filled out my form was told to return it to them I walked up with it and another person walked up exact time next to me and receptionist spoke to them and ignored me so I put my form on the bench right in front of her there’s no way she didn’t see. I was also sitting in chairs closest to the desk. Over an hour went by and I asked the other receptionist and she was rude and said I should have physically handed my form. I was there because of chronic pain and a headache from heat exhaustion and standing hurts! So of course I wasn’t going to stand there waiting when she saw me and ignored me. If they asked they would know. She said she would fill it in and dr would be soon. Another 30 mins went by. I was sitting right in front of them for an hour and a half hunched in pain hands over my head and eyes because it was bright and kids, phones talking etc all were loud. They had time to joke and talk between them and other staff but not acknowledge or check on me. Wouldn’t you wonder why I hadn’t been seen yet? When I asked again she was so rude and blamed me again. by the time I saw the dr I had an overwhelm attack and could barely speak to him. He was nice. Although didn’t examine me at all. Just gave me my script and med cert. He offered to get practice manager but I was too sick hungry and overstimulated by then and just needed to get out of there. Not a very good first impression. Your reception staff need to learn some inclusivity and care training. I shouldn’t leave with worse health than I came. Rude rude rude! My dogs get treated 8000 times better at the vet!
