I wasn't able to see Bree as she was sick on the day of my visit, so Claire kindly stepped in.

Claire conducted her massage wearing latex gloves which is something I've never experienced before and to be honest it detracted from the massage experience for me.

I get that there are valid health reasons she may wish to do this, but I would have liked to have been advised in advance, as I would have made other arrangements. (I should also have spoken up on the day, which is my fault.)

I also felt that time was an issue, as it was mentioned on a couple of occasions.

EDIT: Both Claire and Bree have reached out to me following my review and have been thoroughly professional. I now understand that Claire had a cut on her hand and wore gloves for safety reasons. This is NOT how she usually conducts her massages.

Bree is amazing. I’ve been going to see her for my massages for over 3 to 4 years. An intuitive and thorough masseuse, she knows exactly what your body needs and will always try new approaches to keep it varied. I always walk out feeling lighter and more relaxed.

I have had massages at this clinic with Bree and more recently Tara, who are both fabulous! I always leave feeling so rejuvenated and relaxed. Tara especially is very knowledgeable with the body and asks me what areas I would like to have focus on, which I don’t often get asked when visiting other clinics for a remedial massage. I look forward to continuing to come back!

I had such an amazing experience with Claire right from her answering the phone and squeezing me in for an appointment that afternoon. The massage was relaxing and the acupuncture released tension that I haven’t been able to get rid of for months. I’ll definitely be back!

I booked a 60-minute acupuncture appointment with Claire online.

I received a massage with another therapist which was great, but also quite firm and slightly painful in areas. The therapist seemed knowledgeable and gave some great tips and advice to help me manage my pain.

Later, Claire then took over to begin the acupuncture. Without going into detail, I felt the service was quite rushed and unprofessional. I didn’t feel relaxed and was left with pins in for an extended period which created discomfort. The removal was quite uncomfortable as well. Upon completion, my appointment ran 1 hour over time.

Since my appointment, Claire has contacted me to rectify the problem.

I have been seeing Claire and Bree for nearly two years and I could not speak more highly of them. Claire has helped me tremendously with regular acupuncture treatments with pain I have in my legs and back. Clare is very knowledgeable, kind and caring and always so accommodating fitting me in. My brother and sister are now going to see Claire for remedial massage and acupunture and both are thrilled with Claire and the results they are getting. Do yourself a favour and book in ! Hi all. I wanted to place a review of 5 stars due to the fact I believe our level of service to our customers is priority.
I am a therapist that works in this clinic, and I am absolutely gutted at the negative experiences that I’ve seen posted here.
Currently, we have dismissed a therapist from working here, due to some issues in communication and their massage style.

When a therapist is hired here, we look for outstanding knowledge of many avenues and a unique and nurturing massage style.
Unfortunately, the initial “test” treatment during the interview was “all of their stops”, and they discontinued to endeavour this level of service to our loyal clients.

Please be assured, our priority is always the happiness and satisfactory of our customer!
Please take the time to speak with myself, (Brittany/Bree) or the owner Claire Eckert, if you have any issues with your treatment, so that we can best arrange a suitable therapist and treatment to your liking and needs.

If you are struggling to find a therapist that suits you, please book in with myself, as I have never had a complaint in my 12 years and I have experience in both clinical style massage and spa style. I am extremely aware of my surroundings. I make sure the little things count! 🤗

We just want you to experience a darn good treatment!
