I have been going to this practice for a while now the women on the front desk are always so kind & welcoming. Dr Kanwal was amazing with my daughter as she was sick for a while. I would recommend Dr Kanwal simply for the fact that she was kind and patient with my toddler & I could really see that she cared with my concerns as a mother. Thank you.

We are extremely lucky to have found such a wonderful caring GP (Dr Sasi)!! Dr Sasi has been our family Dr for over ten years now and his level of care is just exceptional. This is the standard of health care that everyone deserves and everyone needs, especially when you have little ones. We know we can always rely on Dr Sasi and his team (including the incredible administration ladies and Nurse Julie) who have always gone above and beyond to make sure our family has THE best possible care! We are extremely grateful that we have such an amazing Dr close to home and no matter where we live in the future, Dr Sasi will always be our family GP. We highly recommend Dr Sasi and his wonderful team and we are eternally grateful for the level of care we receive no matter what the issue! Do not go and see Dr Sasi at this practice. I have had a very bad experience with him today his conduct during a Telehealth appointment was rude, abusive and disrespectful. I was left dumbfounded by his conduct. I and my family have been going to the practice for years. Reception staff are lovely, and previously I have had a good experience with other Drs. But todays experience with Dr Sasi a senior Dr at the practice has made me that upset I am moving myself and my family from this practice which is very disappointing.

Fantastic doctor and I find Dr Sasi very caring and understanding, he recalls my ongoing health problems and always goes the extra mile. All the staff at "good practice" are friendly and compassionate. Appointment availability is excellent and waiting room times are minimal. I will not go anywhere else for a GP and recommend Dr Sasi to everyone. 10 star rating from me.
