If I could give 0 stars I would.
We booked a skin check appointment. Waited 90 minutes for our BOOKED appointment. Went in and was informed that we needed a biopsy and that there would be an extra fee of 170 AUD( plus 120$ of the visit ) . We booked the follow up appointment a week after for the results. We waited 45 minutes we spoke with the doctor for 7 minutes ( we were also interrupted by the nurse who asked to change somebody's incorrect prescription) . The doctor delivered the bad news with not a bit of compassion ( I am a nurse myself and I am aware how delicate those situations are ) and they wanted to charge us the long consultation ( 20 to 60 minutes when we were in there 7 minutes !!!).
I had to speak multiple times and finally they agree to pay the short consultation fee.
I now receive a message from the lab pathology saying that a need to pay another 260 $ fee for the biopsy. This was never discussed before and the lab has told me they had done multiple complains since the medical practice keeps hiding those costs.
Really a bad practice !

I have been a very happy patient of Dr Adel El-Mezin for many years, and always find him to be very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He always takes the time necessary to investigate and provide appropriate medical advice. This can mean he runs late. I just ring before my appointment to get an update on what time I should attend, if he is running behind schedule.

Neeni (registered nurse) went above and beyond, showed immense care towards my wife and I, answered any questions in detail and was extremely helpful. Dr Muhammad Saeed Alam showed great care and transparency. He was a pleasure to deal with.

Terrible experience. Had an appointment for 1:30pm waited 2 hours and was told I wouldn’t be seen until 6pm. Also had an appointment booked the week before and never received a call. Doctors never on time and don’t care about patients.

Worst medical practice in Brisbane. I’ve booked an appointment 2 weeks ago and responded to the confirmation msg. It ended up with cancellation of my appointment without any prior notice which I discovered when I came to the centre “on time”. The receptionist was super rude and mentioned that she called me once and she shouldn’t call a 100 times!! (Yes she said that). No msg or an email were sent and they think that calling patients once is enough!! I am very disappointed.

DO NOT COME HERE TO GET MORE STRESSED
The receptionist was nice and kind, so this 1 star is for her. But the Dr. Fathima Chowdhury was so unprofessional. Asked me to lie on the naked bed, no disposable bed sheet offered. I asked for one, she said 'it's ok, just lie down!' I was like no, do you have a disposable bed sheet She then went to the cardboard to get one for me. I had to 'make the bed'! Fine I do it. After check up I had to ask for tissue!? Then she gave some toe.
I didn't mind the cold attitude all the way through my consultation, she might have had a bad day, but mate! You know clearly more than anyone that people come and see you because they have some sickness, and the hygiene is the most significant thing for the clinic!!! So many viruses around nowadays!!! PLUS the patient come and see you because they do not feel ok, now after seeing you, feeling more sick and stressed 😥
Such a sad place to visit 😞

If I could give them a 0 I would have, I haven't been with them for over a year now, I found a better doctor, new doctor requested my files from these guys and they did not send them , they keep contacting me and I keep telling them I found a new doctor and they keep ringing anyway NOT MY DOCTOR NOPE NOPE NOPE

Professional Dr.
Dr Hebatullah young lady very polite, understandable, nice and professional respectful . All in one person.human been before a degree and she has it all .
All Receptionist are great to deal with.
I have been visiting lots of clinics till i get across to this one after a friend recommendation.
I don’t regret it at all.I live far away but Dr. Hebatullah Worth the long drive.
