I have been going to this medical centre for 7 years and Dr Chan and Dr Boctor are the best doctors around. Yes you have to wait a long time for Dr Chan but he gives a very caring approach to your problem and explains things well. I appreciate that they call for a teleconsult after my work day as I am a busy person at work and can't often take a call until then anyway. They have been dealing with my chronic condition for years and I recommend them.

Absolutely an amazing experience with Dr Chan. My expeienve I found that he listens and is a very kind, compassionate and caring. He did a follow up call as he advised and that was unexpected as I've been told this in the past from other medical centres but never received a follow up call until I went to this place and met with Dr Chan. This is my forever medical centre. Nothing but 100% 5 star review for a 5 star medical centre

Absolutely Disgusting the treatment you receive here! I only go here in absolute urgent times as they have ALWAYS been so poor with service but they are close to home. NEVER AGAIN... My daughter now needs urgent hospital care because these idiots cant CALL back with a new script to put her on the CORRECT antibiotics to treat Pneumonia. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!! Receptionist couldn't care less, Doctors don't call you when you receive positive results for something that needs Medication for nor do they call you back when you book in a tele consult! STAY FAR AWAY FROM IF YOU CARE FOR YOUR CHILDS HEALTH.

Doctor Boctor is an absolutely amazing doctor. Friendly, compassionate, kind and patient. She really cares about people especially babies and the elderly. People complain about wait times but Doctor Boctor takes appointments and if you call before your appointment the receptionist will let you know if she is running behind. Sometimes someone will make a normal appointment and require a bit longer and others just have to be patient. She’s well worth any kind of wait - best doctor in the area hands down!

I am writing this today as this is my third family experience with Dr. Boctor. First of all this medical centre is expensive than others
My mother came on visit visa and we saw Dr. Boctor first time. She gave medicine for one week and my mother didn't get well in a week and wanted to have the same prescription as continuation...To my disappointment she asked me to pay $ 92.50 to just give the printout of the same prescription...
I was prescribed the ultrasound test by Dr. Robert. He was very busy & Dr. Chan was on leave so I went to Dr. Bocto to show the report. She checked me...gave me medicine....Also while checking me she consulted some other patient over the phone....which is not ethical.
Further more she asked me to book appointment with Dr. Robert who had prescribed the test. When today I went to see him...he was not sure why she asked me to see him....

If there is a zero, I will give a zero to this medical centre. My parents had an appointment at 11am and the receptionist let everyone in before us, when i approached her she immediately says you’re the next one. After waiting 1 hr at 12:15pm they decided to celebrate someone’s birthday and we have to wait another 20 mins. About 5 people are waiting at this stage. We went to see the doctor 1.5 hrs later. I had appointment today for 11:36, waited for 2 hours and was told that other patients were still in front of me. If the reception new that there are dealys, she should have at least courtesy to let people know that they are running late and will take approx. time to see the doctor instead of letting patients sit there. There is s definitely no professionalism, courtesy of respect for time. I had to leave without seeing doctor as I had to return to work.
