Totally unapologetic staff running the clinic. You come here with an appointment or without .. you’ve to wait hours for your turn. If you’ve appointment at 2:30. You’ll be lucky enough if you get to see Dr before 4pm. When asked that you should atleast inform the patient one hour prior that Dr is running late. The response was it’s common in Australia appointments are never on time.

It makes me so sad to leave this review because I have found the reception staff, nurse and Dr.Zhao to be so lovely when I had met with them when accompanying my partner when he has been sick. This time around, I went to Gold Cross for my ailment and had the displeasure of meeting with Dr. Zaki.
He made me feel like I was "yet another hysterical woman making a big deal". It was gaslighting, chauvanistic and so patronising!
I attended the Dr's for a bad sprain. I had a lot of discomfort and pain. Dr. Zaki dismissed it and said, "I don't know why you are making a big deal about this" "why did you even come here for this?"
I get trying to help a patient understand that it may not be as severe as they might perceive it, but this felt like gaslighting and making me feel like I was wasting his time.

It is so saddening because one rude doctor has tainted my generally good experience with the staff at this facility.

Poor service. Rang the hospital and Walked in after they confirmed to see dr soon.Waited in queue more than 4 hrs, still waiting with unknown wait time. If they can't accommodate a child needing urgent check, staffs should not have asked me to walk in. Left without checcking. I do not recommend this at all!!.

Dr. Adel Zaki!!!

The worst GP I've ever seen. I had an appointment at 12.45pm. I was on time but still had to wait almost an hour to see the doctor.

The moment I entered the room Dr. Zaki started saying hurry up I have to finish this without any greetings.
I have some skin issues. I was trying to explain to him. he didn't even look at them properly. He was pushing me to finish it straight away as he had to finish it.

I would never recommend this so-called GP!!

This medical centre is run by very helpful and well-behaved staff. The front desk staff and nurses are friendly. Dr. Suhana Parveen is our family GP; she is a knowledgeable female GP and very efficient.

Worst doctor I have ever visited. He needs to retire or keep up with all the changes. All my prescribed prescriptions were off the counter stuff, and also, my medical certificate contained my medical condition. Didn't anyone update him of Privacy Laws. It looks like Gold Medical is all about making money and not about service.

The well-known GP and clinic is very accessible (with fair amount of parking onsite), conveniently located (just a short walk from Parramatta's loop service or busses on O'Connell Street) and expertly serviced. While the GP's won't always have the solution you are looking for, they are quite friendly, down-to-earth, knowledgeable and above all, experienced.

They are good at what they do. Consider Parramatta's rising residencies, flourishing cultural expansion and conscious focus on health. With the popularity of Parramatta's general servicing options, living in prosperity is prioritized and the cleanliness of gold cross medical centre, along with its refreshing yet inviting wait rooms, patient areas and amenities are all well suited to the city's standard of living.

The services are wide and varied, ranging from advanced cosmetic injections, cardiologists, immunizations, chiro to diet checks, allergy tests, pathological checks, minor surgeries, physio and sports medicinal evaluations that all ensure multiple needs are met.

My favorite doctor to consult was Dr. Cheung who has since retired. Dr. Zhou has now become my go-to. Her tireless efforts in understanding the core issue has not gone unnoticed. She is a wonderfully skilled GP who pertains to patience, friendliness, practicality and considerate action.

On the admin side of things, I eagerly look forward to the welcoming voices of Yolanda and her reception team. I also appreciate Fatima's (the nurse) calm yet cheery attitude and Sarah's warming professionalism. You will not be let down by their efforts to help.
