Drove 40min to do a general STI test (pee and blood like I always do).
Got send away even after asking several times to do a sti test on the spot because they forced me to take an appointment another day after I had to discuss my possible discomforts with the front desk person in front of a full waiting room. Absolutely no privacy and respect for privacy and care.

While the doctors are ok, the administration around every process is inefficient and outdated and not focused on the service for the patient. Doctor shortage and self administration over client service makes it the worse I experienced of all sexual health centers I know! No effective prescription process leaving patient waiting for regular prescription. Challenging the processes gives you a lame answer of " Every center is different " . Instead of defending inefficiency I recommending learning from the best ! This centre creates its own limitation ! While QLD health already has a devastating reputation and the only once who can change this are the frontline administration to be remodelled and focusing on efficiency and effective client services. Tip - Look at IBAC - NSW .

This place is amazing. Staff are incredible and are always there to help. Very discreet and super helpful.
I seen Helen the nurse and she was absolutely incredible, she made sure I was comfortable and she was great to speak to. Definitely recommend GCSHC.
This place deserves so much more recognition. Thanks guys. 😄

Amazing service. The nurse at the phone was so lovely, I called on a Friday afternoon and she found me a spot with a gynaecologist for the Monday coming. Caroline, the gynaecologist, assisted me with so much attention and with a very professional attitude. I had really bad experiences with gynaecologists but she made me very comfortable. She answered to all my questions and made me feel seen. It was also very quick!

Amazing service, incredible staff. Respectful and professional, Josie was my Nurse and what an incredible angel. Felt extremely grateful for her posture and approachability, clarity, and also her energy was just pure joy.
Very busy day but they managed to assist me even I was just a walk in.

Have always appreciated the staff here, if you have any concerns or questions, book an appointment. Standard non blood tests can be walk in, if not sure of anything....., I have never regretted booking a visit.
