I walked like a robot and moving my neck took emmense energy and pain to move. 4 sessions in and i walk with ease, my neck now moves not perfectly but it moves. I was in pain for over 2 yrs so its going to take more sessions to fully recover..
Chris is wonderful, explaining as he goes along as to how my body will react, why he does certain movements to my body. He thoughtful, emphatic and considerate. The staff are friendly and make you feel at ease. I for one highly reccomend Chris for any conditions needing to be attended to.

I was injured at work Nov 2015 I have 3 x protruding vertebrae in my neck which caused me all sorts of problems including nerve pain and muscular spasms which was extremely painful...Doctors referred me to all sorts of Physios but nothing helped..after 1.5 years work cover and Doctors said I had no option but Surgery...Which included having my throat cut and possibly 10% loss of use in my neck...My last resort was Chris Scott who is a chiropractor at Chiro one. He is amazing...the difference he has made is simply life changing...I have a job where I spend 60% driving around in a vehicle and due to my pain I normally have to remove the headrest in the vehicle to get through my shift and after only 3 sessions I no longer need to do this..I cant Thank Chris enough...he is like a god..and such a humble caring and fun guy... He is taking away my pain and I wish I came to him ages ago...I have been like a robot and in extreme pain for nearly 2 years so I still have a long way to go but after only 3 sessions I already feel some relief and I will be Chris's dedicated patient from here on in..He is the only one who made a difference for me..PLEASE dont listen to Doctors!! If you have any type of spinal pain...see Dr Chris Scott at Chiro One Helensvale...He is simply amazing, and his receptionist Stacey is so helpful as well...you will not be disappointed.

Nigel and his team are the best. I went to see Nigel about my back scared he was going to make my pain worse BUT I walked out pain free. I went on the decompression bed and it works Amazing. I have been going to see nigel for 6 months now I go and see him once a month now and I still pain free. Would recommend them to anyone.

I've been to other company's like this over the years, trying to sort out my heath problems.... none have been able to give me answers or tell me with proof what is wrong. These guys are amazing! Nigel is very knowledgeable, and straight to the point. He's keen to get to the bottom of the problem and help you sort things out... 🙂 👍
