Dr Shirlina Das Daniel was incredible. I was over half an hour late and she was apologising to me! I got my skin checked, she was thorough and truly cared, she went above and beyond. Dr Shirlina put me at ease. I knew I was in the best hands. I couldn't recommend her more highly, the most incredible Dr. I hope she never leaves as she is a huge asset. The receptionist were also very obliging and extremely helpful, I have never been to a surgery where you feel part of the family but I have to say that's how they make you feel. I am extremely grateful and can't thank Dr Shirlina and the staff enough.

Me and my family have been going here for 3 years and they’ve been wonderful. They’re really flexible with their bookings, although they can sometimes be busy like most doctors, they’re definitely worth it. They’re caring and really want to help, not just rush you in and out. We usually see Dr Rupa there. She is very caring and give best advice. The nurses are really great with children, very kind and patient. Exactly what you want and need in a long-term family doctor, highly recommend.

We’ve moved an hour away and still make the trek back to see her because it’s worth the effort to get good, consistent medical care. I also love how easy it is to book appointments through the app.

I have been going to GCMP and seeing Dr Rupa Sehgal for many years now. She also looks after my son’s medical needs, my parent’s and my in-law's healthcare needs. It makes life much easier having the blood tests done in the same facility as well. The team are very gentle, caring and professional at the same time. The receptionists are lovely as well.

Dr Rupa Sehgal is one of the most thorough, brilliant, empathetic doctors I know. Here level of professionalism is admirable and she has an outstanding level of knowledge on all areas of health. Dr Rupa is the only medical practitioner left on the Gold Coast that excels in ensuring you have had a thorough check up eg. Blood pressure, ecg, skin check, woman’s health…. She is the only doctor I place my trust in to look after my family. Her team is also extremely professional and the dedication to their roles is notable. I highly recommend this clinic.

Only thing was the $20 registration fee.

I found it stupid that I need to pay someone,
for the right to be their client [and pay them some more]

I asked the receptionist what was the cost to the clinic for registering my as a client. He couldn’t answer. But then again, he is an employee and just doing his job so it’s not his fault. So I don’t blame him and he was still friendly despite my frustration. Kudos for that, sincerely.

Do not use these Drs, they scam Medicare and charge for ridiculous reasons. I attended with my 2yr old who the Dr didn't even touch to check his condition, I was literally in there for 5 mins I asked for a carers certificate as I don't know which two year old can stay home and look after themselves. I Left and was called as they are charging me 38.50 for that carers certificate. I tried to explain that the dr never advised I would be charged and how ridiculous if he was an adult he would of gotten a medical certificate so Medicare is now charged twice for what? My family and I will never attend here ever again shame on you money grabbing drs!
