doctors are great but the staff are shocking with organisation and phones, no one answers, with a small clinic like this you wouldn’t expect it to take 20 minutes to answer a phone just to reschedule. Also, if you’ve got an appointment at 3:00, don’t turn up till 3:30 because you won’t be in till 3:45.

Your phones are turned off during lunch, how am I supposed to call to make a booking?
I have been coming here since I was born yet I had to pay to be a new customer again in my 30s because I hadn't been for a few years in my 20s. What historical medical records? What was once a personable GP that knew every patient is now no different to a regular bulk billed GP with the added $100 price tag.

I am sorry to say I agree with Greg & Louis - this clinic almost killed me with firstly the senior female dr not listening to me & a misdiagnoses!
Once they were funded to give out the immunisations, she was ‘gung ho’ that everyone had to have one even though it was obvious that it could be (and was) problematic with my health conditions & she refused to listen to me & was possibly too lazy to fill in the forms for an exemption (no funding for exemptions). As a result of this since the first jab, I have been getting sicker which finished up in several weeks in the hospital to try to rectify some issues & be diagnosed with what was causing me to be so ill. Now almost 10months late, I am still ill & have lost so much because of this very poor uncaring treatment. Have a new wonderful Dr in another clinic not owned by a Health Care profit orientated business. Stay away or be on alert if you use this clinic, they are in it to make money. Pity really as they used to be great. All my family have left as well.

If i could give this medical centre less then one star I would. This medical centre and a doctor who will rename nameless has been nothing but a let down. This has actually resulted in my grandfather having serious illness and life long conditions based on this doctor not doing his job correctly and following up. This is a massive let down as you are meant to trust your doctor and medical teams. However i would not trust this doctor. Truth be told this doctor should have his medical licence taken off him.

I would strongly advise if you have any olderly family members that use that medical clinic that then need to seek further medical advice.

How is it possible that after turning up for an appointment that you can be over looked and forgot about and don't see the Doctor? The standard of professional efficiency with the administration has certainly dropped since been taken over by GMHBA
