I’ve been to Glow several times now for an infrared sauna. I love it! The saunas are big enough to really stretch out which is different from other places offering the same service. The owner Sharyn is so lovely! Great local business. Highly recommend

Went with my partner for a couples 60 minute float Saturday and highly recommend Glow Float & Wellness! The facilities are brand new and everything was explained in detail before we started.

We also had a tour of the facilities by the owner prior and look forward to trying the infrared sauna and contrast hydrotherapy in the future.

My experience at glow float and wellness was amazing . I have never tried anything like this before. I highly recommend a red-light bed followed by a 60 minute float once you settle in the float pool it's like being on cotton wool and have to move to realise you are floating in the water
I will definitely be back for this forfulling experience. The team are beautiful 😍
