Ive been cared for by globe for 15 years. Have had a succession of Doctors all of whom have been first class
the entire time. I've been listened to and directed for the best treatments without fail.
Reception staff are super efficient ,friendly and not without humour which is refreshing. 100% recommend.

Great experience at Globe Medical. Went for a consult for OS travel vaccines and found the doctor to be extremely knowledgeable with a very common sense approach (something that can be hard to find these days). Would highly recommend this practice to anyone who needs vaccines for OS travel.

I have been going to globe medical for almost 20 years since 2006. My wife since 2011 and now my child’s first visit. Highly recommended, they go beyond! They always make sure you are not just physically good but they also look after you mentally and emotionally. Will recommend to family and friends!

Highly recommend the excellent staff at Globe Medical. Always professional help, care and support. We have seen different staff members but most frequently see Dr Clive Philpott. Wonderful Doctor, personable, caring and thorough. Reception staff also very helpful and caring.

The female receptionist (unaware of name) was unable to comprehend the details of a booking which resulted in paying $40 dollars for a gp appointment with Dr Stacy that I never intended on booking. I spoke with a very lovely male receptionist at the clinical lab downstairs and he confirmed that an ECG and blood test with a referral has ALWAYS been free. When attempting to resolve the situation, I found it difficult to interact in a coherent manner as she sounded very exasperated. Very unprofessional. I ended up paying $40 dollars beforehand for a ECG and blood tests both of which are supposed to be free with a referral (which I had). When asking for a refund she directed me to my healthcare provider when the clinic should've handled it as they were the ones who made the mistake of booking a gp appointment. I made it very clear when booking that this was NOT for a gp appointment and was only for ECG and blood tests so I am extremely and rightfully annoyed about being charged. Very disappointed.

Globe medical has always been our go to for all of our travel/medical preparations. Dr Bob Kass’s vast knowledge is a mix of his own travel experiences and medical studies. He will only prescribe immunisations that you need - dependent on the risk factor for your area of travel both locally and globally. He is an encyclopaedia of information !
