Well, i can only write positive about my Dr, Hania Pordelli because she has always treated us like a family. Me and my wife comes to this medical practice just because of Dr, Hania Pordelli. She is our doctor from last 3 years and she has never disappointed us. She is an amazing doctor. I could see many times that the medical practice is busy but this doesnt affect her work efficiency. Atlast, she is very professional and looked after us. Good work doctor

Cannot recommend Dr Pordeli enough, her commitment and care for my family has been second to none, she listens to my concerns and doesn’t dismiss any of them - which is the epitome of a good GP.

Nurse Joanne is amazing, as are the friendly reception staff.

A doctor's role is not only to provide medical care but also to ensure that patients feel heard and respected, unfortunately Dr Hania Pordeli does not provide that. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone seeking a compassionate and professional healthcare provider.

Unfortunately the lowest rating is a one star but if less could be given that would perfectly describe Dr Hania Pordeli. How she is even qualified to be a doctor is beyond a joke, her unprofessionalism is one to disappoint. Do your duty better as a doctor or don’t be in the profession to begin with.

Finally, a fantastic GP that I can make as our family doctor. Dr Hania and the staff are professional and thorough. She takes time to listen and never rushes you. Also very understanding and kind when it comes to children too - a fantastic bedside manner which is a nice change from other GP's who are gruff and don't get the time to know you. Appointments are easy to come by as well - there is a small wait time but nothing too bad. Facilities are clean and neat and it's so handy to have the nurse there also.

All the staff at Glenmore Park doctors are fantastic and Dr Pordeli is simply amazing.
Dr Pordeli is companionate, empathetic, she listens and actually hears you. She is supportive and is genuinely invested in my wellbeing. I couldn’t ask for a better health professional team ?

Absolutely appalling experience dealing with Dr Hania Pordeli, the level of unprofessional and the disrespect to her patient care is absolutely shocking, I do not recommend this doctor, she not only has provided incorrect results and manipulated situations but absolutely disrespected her patient and breached her duty of care.
