Dr Dong is the worst doctor. She is very unprofessional. She diagnosed incorrectly and denied to accept her own mistakes. She doesn't care of patients concerns and only cares about patients' visiting time. Her explanation is short and rude. She will call you to make an appointment to see her for your test results but she doesn't seem to care your health to give your a proper diagnose. Never should go to her. Please all female patient, do not go.to her.

Dr Li has been my family doctor for many years. He is very kind and knowledgeable. Dr Li helped my mum and me to control our diabetes very well by adjusting a few medicines. We respect and thank Dr Li’s great help!

Dr Xiao Li did my injection for the AZ vaccine, he did it incorrectly and gave me sub-acromial bursitis (SIRVA/Shoulder Injury Related Vaccine Administration) but had the nerve to talk behind my back to my mother and say "your daughter should've got the pfizer vaccine" as if trying to shift the blame of my injury to the vaccine itself. Additionally, during the first dose he was talking down my generation for being so unnecessarily scared of AZ (there were cases of younger people experiencing blood clots), and commending me for getting it. He's been super arrogant about the whole situation and did not even seem slightly apologetic about injuring me. On top of this, Dr Jian Huang has been incredibly dismissive about my condition (she said it's impossible for bursitis to be caused by improper injection and blaming me for overusing my arm despite having no previous injuries to that area, she also invalidated my symptoms saying that its normal to have your arm hurt for over two weeks after the vaccine) and Dr Dong was absolutely unsympathetic (I explained my situation and how mentally hard it's been as a professional dancer/dance teacher to lose the function of my arm overnight for an ongoing 6weeks by a doctor here, she said ok well i gave you the pills you asked for so goodbye without offering any other suggestions on recovery or making sure Dr Li reflects on his basic injection skills).
The staff at the desk have been nice and efficient, but other than that go somewhere else. You'll get better, more accurate, and much more PROFESSIONAL patient care.

Worst place in Glen Waverley. They are just interested to get you to make appointments for no reason at all. If you ask to simply pick up your blood tests they will get you to make an appointment which they can bulk bill to medicare. They don't actually care about your results. Avoid these guys they are just interested in turn over of patients

It was really grateful that Alice worked out an urgent appointment with Dr Tang who is the one of my favorite doctors. Thanks for them that I was sent to Monash emergency straight away and had the treatment timely.

We had a joint appointment with doctor Tang. To ask advice about travel vaccination as well as my girlfriend wanted to ask about getting a blood test to determine her vaccination history (as she doesn't have a vaccination record).
His advice for the travel vaccination was to print out the online list of vaccinations and told us to talk to family and friends if we should get any of them done. I expect a trained and certified GP to give recommendations on what vaccinations to get not to recommend talking to family and friends on something like this.
His response to the blood test question was very rude flat out response of no and that it would be very expensive and you cannot just ask for a immunity blood test with out going through and specifying each immunisation you want tested, despite the state government health website stating you can request use a blood test to verify the basic immunisations.
Through out the appointment he also talked very fast and made us feel like he was trying to rush us out his door with out concern for our health questions.

I'm very disappointed by their service. They won't give you any copy of your blood test result either you pay them for printing which is not informed in prior, or choose to compromise your privacy by exposing all your health record to the government. When I asked to give me an electronic copy of the result, they told me they don't have a secure email nor any other way to give a soft copy.
The doctor seems okay, but the clinic is just horrible.

Dr John Tang has been our family physician from past 8yrs,and we are blessed to avail his diagnosis and care. Very polite and goes out of the way to acomodate requests and sane applies to the staff and other GP's there. Will highly reccomend this clinic 👌👍
