I have been coming here for over 7 years now, always have been super professional. My usual doctor is Dr.Miao, very caring and thorough straight to the point with the diagnosis. I have also had appointments with Dr. Wang when I need a more private examination, who is super nice and thoughtful. Both very knowledgeable doctors which I would definitely recommend. My whole family including extended all come to this clinic.

She is always efficient and patient. She always clearly explains the situation to us and help us at her very best. She is experienced and professional, and she can always quickly point us to the right direction.

Doctor Geoff Miao told me that he couldn’t sit too close to my son to check his eye because he had a cold and didn’t want to infect him. While certainly appreciate Dr. Miao’s kind concerns, I don’t understand why he was not wearing a mask... May I suggest that doctors who are carrying anything infectious or treating patients who are potentially infectious wear a mask?

The receptionist was friendly enough to us. When I told her that the name on the receipt was wrong, she quickly printed another one with the correct name.

Dr. Miao & Dr. Wang are the nicest GPs we've ever seen. They're professional, helpful, trustworthy and easy-going. To us they're not just medical professionals but more like friends. We're very happy about our experiences every time and thank you so much for what you have done to help us👍

I have been going to this establishment for years to see Dr Wang. I’ve had a very bad experience with Dr Miao, after I let him know that his receptionist hung up on me. He instantly became irate and started to attack me. Very unprofessional behaviour and I would raise my concerns about a doctor who attacks patients.

I have to have injections monthly and they're done by Dr Geoff Miao. He does them painlessly, professionally and seems like a genuine great guy who's very knowledgeable about medicine and health. Previously, I'd been to two doctors about a problem on my foot to no outcome, however Dr Geoff Miao did what two doctors couldn't, diagnosed the problem and then wrote a script for something that stopped the problem! 😀

Don’t feel I have been fairly treated as a patient. To a point being diagnosed in the parking lot isn’t something I would expect even after pandemic. On top of that didn’t take long for diagnosis to let me go.

I don't understand. You need to have a family/friend who is the patient of the clinic then you might have a chance to book an appointment with them. Never heard of this kind of policy in any medical clinic. What is this? VIP club policy or something!!! 😡
