Dr Jessica Wang was lovely. She listened and completed all necessary tests needed to make sure I was okay and gave me options. I’ve also seen Dr Eric Chan and he was very kind and thorough in making sure I received the appropriate medical care. Both great doctors.

I've only been here a few times but have always found the doctors here very professional and knowledgeable and they take a genuine interest in their patients. The centre has an impressive number of doctors working there, and offers a range of medical services including on site pathology. It's also physically connected to a pharmacy which is handy. I've always gone to bulk billing doctors, so was a bit surprised at first at the cost of seeing a doctor, but I definitely noticed a better quality of service than I'm used to.

As a visitor to Sydney, it can be daunting to find medical advice while travelling. Very easy to find, a shopfront on the main road with pharmacy next door. Plenty of appointment options available, reception very helpful and most empathetic and thorough medical care. I would be very happy if this was my local clinic.

I have had a great experience with Dr Eric but I went to a female doctor recently and she put a lot of doubts in my mind and then the swabs that were taken were lost and the medical centre failed to let me know they were found until I rebooked to get them redone. I felt that they added to the anxiety I already had and was super unprofessional.

Unsure if I would go back, but if so it would be only to see Dr Eric.

First time visiting this centre - live in the eastern suburbs but couldn't get an appointment. Reception was friendly and helpful. The GP on duty on the Saturday was busy and a bit delayed but she was thorough, efficient and listened. Could not be more grateful for her kind consultation given how rubbish I was feeling.

Staff are wonderful - I have a regular doctor I see who is fantastic, but if I ever need to see someone else if he is not available, I have always had a great experience with all practitioners within the medical practice.
