As a new patient, I was made to feel very welcome by the reception staff, and it was obvious that other patients were cared about and respected by the staff as they were either checking in or concluding their appointments, by the friendly banter between everyone.
There was also plenty of parking options and the practice connects directly to the pharmacy.

The waiting area was a lovely clean and bright area, with plenty of comfortable seating.

Whilst I did have to wait quite a while for my appointment, my GP apologised sincerely straight away and proceeded to make me feel comfortable and was welcoming.

My GP took her time to get to know my issue, showed caring and compassion, explained what was happening, discussed several options and allowed me to make a decision that best suited me - all of which was greatly appreciated. Time in the appointment was not rushed, an unpleasant experience I have had at my previous GP's.

Overall, I would highly recommend this practice.
