I struggled to walk into Gladstone Hands on Physiotherapy 5 weeks ago and I’m now back to full mobility.
The practice is very well run, the staff friendly, welcome and happy to help.

Appalled at therapist and people skills. Tried to explain to my daughter during appointment that even though the injury seems mild now it could cause complications later in life to have the therapist shame me infront of my child and state..” I’m going to stop you for a minute there.. we only have so much time and I’m not here to talk about you “ a stranger simple “ we only have a short amount of time sorry so I might have to cut you off I’m sorry” would be much more tactful... with the stuff we have going on right now that was the icing on the cake , to pay $100 to have you embarrassed infront of your daughter and to take me back to flashbacks of their abusive father talking to us like that all the time really did not help me or my fifteen year old daughter that has only just returned back to grade ten due us going through so much lately.. you should be ashamed... it’s one thing to have to deal with rude impolite ppl on a daily basis but to pay for it when you are single parent raising three children... so angry 😡
