Lachlan is the best dentist I’ve ever been to. So gentle, kind & understanding.
He has fixed teeth that I told had to be removed.
I’ve moved my kids here as well after having my first visit this year! My daughters were so nervous and they both felt as ease, treated so kindly & as people in their own right.

Amazing service! Lovely receptionists, amazing dentists and assistants. Dr Priscilla and Nurse Taylar saw my kids today and to say they were amazing is an understatement.
My 5 year old was extremely nervous and they took such caution to make her feel comfortable and involved in the process. I fully expected to walk today with nothing being done, but they were so amazing that she even felt comfortable enough to get X-rays. I’m genuinely so appreciative of their care, patience and knowledge!

I can't speak highly enough about Gisborne Family Dental.
Not only are All the dentists and staff very friendly, but the four dentists I have had appointments with so far make you feel totally at ease.
The last two long appointments with Dr. Jack Cheng involved fillings and needles which were absolutely pain free ....I felt myself nearly wafting off to sleep.
He succinctly explained the whole procedure and is an excellent gentle dentist.

What an amazing experience! From the time I walked in I felt at ease which is saying a lot for someone who has experienced a lot of dental trauma in the past. I could not highly recommend Priscilla and the whole team enough. I will never go any where else!!

I hadn't been to the dentists for a while and was quite nervous, but Dr Cheng was so kind I soon got over that. He talked me through everything step by step.
I give him a high recommendation. He has done a great job on my teeth - can't stop looking at them in the mirror.
