I attended recently very unwell and after seeing the doctor was sent for a swab test and xray which was quickly attended to however I have tried by phone 5 times to contact the centre for results as the doctor has not contacted me but they do not answer the phone and instead cuts me off
Too sick to go in person I waited for my pathology results in vain. I also tried an additional 5 times to contact a pathology number response " Do not leave a message message bank full". So inefficient , appears the results don't matter. They are happy to send you for tests and reap the money from those services but that appears to be the end of their responsibility. I won't be returning.

Lovely medical centre, it's quite big and lots of medical practitioners there so it was quite busy place. Reception was professional and straight to the point, waited for only 10 minutes upon arrival to see the doctor. My medical first time forms were filled in online and beforehand so it made things go faster. Dr Han Thi is very friendly and professional, will be happy to go back.

I brought my daughter to Ginninderra medical & dental Belconnen on last Sunday. We thought it was walk in clinic but found it needs to book appointment before hand. Rebecca, the receptionist helped us to ask a nurse to assess my daughter and identified it was an emergency, so she asked Dr Peak to check my daughter. Dr Peak is very patient and very professional. He diagnosed the cause of the sickness and gave my daughter prescription in time. We are so greatly appreciated the kind and professional receptionist, nurse and doctor in this clinic who have helped us.

I’ve been to this medical centre a few times now, and each visit has left me feeling more unwelcome than the last. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is cold, and the reception staff are consistently rude and dismissive. It’s clear they don’t care about the patients—they’re often abrupt and act like you’re an inconvenience.

The doctors, unfortunately, aren’t much better. Rather than treating you as a person with concerns, they rush through appointments as if you’re just another number on their list. There’s no real connection or empathy, just a feeling that they want to get you in and out as quickly as possible.

I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for a caring, patient-centered experience.

I liked the doctor and the fact that I could get pathology and another important test done in the same spot within half an hour was amazing. Additionally, them being the most cost-effective also helps.

Dr. Ho was exceptional—he was not only professional and knowledgeable but also took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly. His caring and patient approach made us feel valued and well-informed about our options. I sat out front of Pathology at 12:22pm, the lady cam out at 12:24pm and said it close at 12:30pm. I said it not 12:30 yet and she said 15min for the prep, come back in the morning. Why don’t they put the door sign closed then instead of sitting inside talking to each other.
