I have enjoyed training with Adam because he is easily to communicate with and without realizing he pushes you hard. He pushes you hard at the right time. My fitness journey has evolved since I started training with Adam because he has helped me to evolve mentally which in turn has enabled me to strengthen. I did’nt realise just how important mental health is to live a well balanced life. Adam has taught me this in a very personable way. This has impacted my lifestyle positively as I am much more accepting of myself now. My challenges were in aiming for perfection. Adam taught me to not be so hard on myself and to generally be good with my diet as well as to walk daily. If you are thinking of getting a personal trainer, please don’t look any further as Adam is the man you’ve been looking for.

I have been training with Adam of Gillespie Strength and Fitness for a while now. My gym originally introduced me to him and I have not looked back.

I know that I would never have achieved not only the level of fitness and wellness I have but also the high technical aspect that gives me confidence in knowing what I’m doing and why I’m doing it. Adam is always very encouraging and has a vast knowledge of his profession.

I first started working with Adam in late July early may in the hopes of losing a bit of weight for my wedding at the end of the year and I have to say Adam is one the best personal trainers out there he really cares about your fitness goals and is alway supportive in any aspect of not just your fitness life but personal life I can happily say that Adam has exceeded my expectations of a pt and has taught me a lot of things about not only my physical health but my mental health as well as archiving the results I wanted if you to are looking to get shape I highly recommend you give adam he tailored makes plans to suit your fitness goals and is always checking in on how you are going in the program I can not recommend a better pt you will not be disappointed
