Gilgamesh Medical Centre - Fairfield, NSW

I visited this centre on June 6. My 2 yr old daughter had a fall just outside Kmart and was bleeding from her head.

As Gilgamesh was the closest medical centre, I brought in my crying and bleeding toddler and begged the reception if someone could please see her. I was in tears and panicked, however I was advised 'the doctor does not see new patients'

How heartless and total lack of empathy. I understand it's always a doctor's choice if they want to take on new patients but in this case it was an emergency, it was a child and it was a head wound!

Amazing medicar center , Dr. Hussein and staff are courteous and caring. DrHussein particularly takes his time to methodically access and diagnose to ensure the best overall medical outcome is obtained. Me and my family always come out feeling really well looked after.

Dr. Hussein is very good at diagnosing the disease and he is really a professional, but I am thinking of leaving the clinic because the appointments are the worst, and day after day they are getting worse. You must wait at least an hour or more after your appointment to see the doctor. If you think about visiting the doctor, you must cancel the rest of the appointments or devote yourself entirely to that day because it is not known how long your waiting will be.

I booked an appointment, she made me wait for an hour after my appointed time then said Dr Hussein isn't going to see you because you haven't come around since 2020 !! Im a full time working single mom avoiding medical centers unless very necessary due to the global pandemic !!. Thank you for your duty of care !! Astonishing !!

Unfortunately Google doesn't allow you to put a review without a star, they should have dine one becasue you centre deserve -1 in service .

Greeting completed when customer visit -> NO

Smailed and asked if the patient need help -> NO
was the customer respected and spoken to in a good manner -> NO

Does your nurses and receptionist need a course in a customer service and receptionist skills -> absolutely YES .

Not sure how you hire your staff , not sure what you look at, but let me tell you without looking at the reaume I am sure your staff need to complete a new course and some on job training ,observation in how to provide aan excellent service and how to respect ppl .

I wouldn't even give this 1 star. Very unprofessional staff. When i requested a phone call back from the doctor, he never called, i said to the receptionist it was urgent, do you think they take urgent seriously?.. very very unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend anyone going here.

My family and have been going recently to this medical centre the staff are very friendly very helpful and the doctor is great and if you have an appointment there is no waiting time you go in straight away I highly recommend this medical centre.

Good for nothing
Dr Hussain is my GP for almost 3 years I went there today to sign medical assessment for service New South Wales he told me that he will charge me $90
Absolutely rubbish
