I have been cared for by the amazing Dr Singer for a long time. The ladies on reception (especially, Rose) are all very helpful and kind. Sadly, I have moved away from the Sydney CBD and won't be able to visit George Street Medical Centre any longer.

The new offices are fabulous! Comfy seating, clean loos and there is also a water cooler. The medical centre is accessible via lift and escalators. Located across from the Light Rail stop at Wynyard, the entrance is just off George Street.
Dr Choy is wonderful and the front desk staff are gems, Vi is great!

the staff is very friendly. administration and registration procedure was done quickly and smooth.

had a consultation with Dr Riaz Pathai. He explained everything (my current problem and each medication he prescribed) very clearly. Felt so much better and calm after consulting with him!

Called up on Monday asking them to email me my prescription as I had misplaced it. I was told it should be emailed by tonight, and I stressed the importance as I have ran out of medication and in pain. I still haven’t received the email in 7 days and rang multiple times. Don’t rely on this practise or believe the timeframes of help they suggest!

WORSE CLINIC
I called them November 28th and booked an appointment November 29th. I told them three times that I was going to book for the commercial/occupational dive medical. I went there on the 29th ON TIME and they put me so much pressure to do everything quickly. Once everything was done I gave the statement to my boss and It was WRONG.
So I called them and the lady on the phone didn’t know what I was asking for. After 10 mins they call me again and said that they don’t do that and to go there before 5 pm for a refund.
I went there after work (2.30pm) and they kept me there one hour because none of them know how to do a refund, they didn’t have the password of the machine, RIDICULOUS!
I gave them all my bank details and my personal details and I sent them an email on the December 1st, 4th 7th and 11th nobody reply!! I keep calling them everyday and they keep saying the manager is not there and they don’t know. I went again on the 4th aswell and again didn’t do anything. After 12 days I’m still waiting they wake up and give me my money back.
Don’t go there they are very INCOMPETENT!

I've been going to the Centre for 25+ years. I wholeheartedly recommend this practice. Dr Lurie is a fabulous Doctor, he professional, personable and he does everything—so you don't find yourself going elsewhere for bloods, skin checks etc
