Very dissatisfied with the service. Because I missed the appointment without a call from them, they are making me wait an entire month to get the test results for my daughter. And they tried to blame me for the error, when they did not give proper instructions for the telehealth appointment. Please improve this service, so that further patients can receive the answers they are seeking.. 🙏🏼

The services we received from Genetic Health Queensland in particular Dr Chris Richmond has been nothing but outstanding. We were lucky enough to be seen almost immediately. The care we received from Dr Richmond from our initial consult to review appointments has been outstanding. He is very thorough and took his time with us, which I really appreciated. Thank you Dr Richmond for all your assistance, we are very grateful.

This review is not related to the service itself but to the male receptionist who clearly needs to find himself a new job as he can't do this one.

I called to change the details of my child's living situation and this male receptionist neglected to do anything about it. I received another message so I called again to find out what was going on. Then he asks me if I would like to pass the information onto the appointments team. Seriously!! Yes you should have done this last week when I called you to update the details!!
