Dr. Kako's expertise and compassion were evident throughout my entire appointment. They took the time to thoroughly listen to my concerns, explain the diagnosis, and discuss treatment options in a clear and understandable manner. Their attention to detail and dedication to patient care truly set them apart.

Genesis Health Centre itself was clean, organized, and efficiently run, which further added to the positive experience.

This Doctor was great, to say the least he really demonstrated patient care and understanding. Dr. Kako went above and beyond to ensure I get all adequate treatment services after having my motor vehicle accident.

I really needed a psychologist and physiotherapist at bare minimum upon reflecting. The insurance company was not having it and required so much justification from my previous family doctor he got sick of it and made suggestions such as ‘pay out of pocket’.
I was out of work and they had not paid my weekly benefits I was in a bad place. Until I consulted with Dr. Kako he actually thoroughly explained and justified why I needed services such as hydrotherapy physiotherapists and psychology/psychiatry. They have even allowed me to get additional physiotherapy sessions as I have not healed yet. Great job and representation of what a family doctor who actually does his job. Dr Kako went above and beyond to ensure his patients are cared for.
