Use caution, will do whatever they can to get rid of you, even colude with your doctor behind your back. They setup a return to work suitable duties plan after a workplace injury. Didn't bother trying to find host employment, just contacted my specialist and had him reword my work capacity certificate to send me back to work. When issues arose with the injury I was basically told tough luck, do it or quit. So I had to resign, and lost my WorkCover claim, and wasn't eligible for the Employee Connect Program.
