Sally and my regular NAD injections have been a game changer for me. Better sleep has been a bonus but the real benefit has been how I feel when I wake up. It has been literally years since I have woken up fresh and with energy and the only thing that I changed to get this result is The NAD injections. The best decision I have made in a decade. Absolutely amazing! Sal is an incredible lady and always welcoming and grounding. I have had a couple of Nu Calm sessions so far - in a busy world they make me feel balanced and focused. Highly recommend this to anyone especially anyone suffering with anxiety and overload. Do yourself a favour and make a time to meet with Sal!!

Im a new mum, with a 3 month old baby, very very sleep deprived, working out how to look after the whole family and a baby running off nothing.
Nucalm is absolutely amazing. Either a quick recharge or a long session is life changing.
Sal is amazing, she will take you through all you need to know or any questions, the room is beautiful with smells, plants and crystals it’s so calming.
She will put a weighted blanked on you and an eye mask, and the headphones will be put on and you’ll ooze into a deep meditation.
I couldnt recommend any higher it’s so worth every single cent.

I had the NAD shots over a month and nucalm. I live a very busy life running my own business and have two small children. The NAD has helped so much with my memory and energy and the nucalm with sleep and anxiety. This place is just a haven and Sal is a true art living what she practises highly recommend
