Very caring and staff at the front desk, peer workers and clinicians. Approachable and understanding service. Grateful to have them to help me get through tough times. I would definitely recommend it if you are having a bad day or need support. Thank you

I used this service last year when I was in a very dark place and was able to get the support that I needed. The facilities are brand new, very clean and very professional looking while keeping a safe and comfortable vibe. The staff here are very welcoming and absolutely amazing to work with, they are very flexible with making appointments around other commitments such as work or study. Places like this are vital to the mental health system and must continue to operate to ensure vulnerable people have access to support when they need it. Thank you for your work!

I have been in dark place's before in need of help, sometimes that help comes straight out of some text book or manual and is not helpful to me.

I had such high hopes and heard a lot of good things but unfortunately I was kind of forgotten about. My clinician not calling me for appointments on multiple occasions or not getting back to me even when I was at my whits end. Or when asked for help he would get back to me with the right rescources weeks later (I had found them myself at that stage) head straight to ED or Jigsaw if you need help immediately, they will help you no fuss.

Looks like a lot of money spent on the very nice offices. People working there are very understanding with after hours service a great idea. However, I found they could not really help us in a practical way at all, lot of talking and the expectation is more reliant on the client to do all the legwork first which is difficult when they are mentally unwell. Unable to help us we were told "we are not the right people to help you" and yet we were reffered there by Barwon Health. If you only require general help by appointments only sitting at a desk and the convenience of weekends and after hours service this might suit you but after that I wouldn't hold out hope of any extenuating help.

In the last 18 months I found myself experiencing a very challenging time, I reached out to the orange door who connected me with the right services for support. Head to health being one of them. Lisa had picked up on my case and was the absolute core of all the help I was about to receive, if it wasn't for her I wouldn't have received all the help I got and when I did receive the help, what Lisa did for me far outweighed any help I got from other services. I will be forever greatful for feeling safe, listened to and being in a judgement free space. Thankyou Lisa 🙂

Really helpful place, walked in there feeling lost but talking to Darcy has been really great and he has helped me into a path to help get my mental state to where I need it to be

The services while I was at the facility was really good and I appreciated their practitioners, however, they completely broke any trust boundaries we had set up during the session going out of their way to put source my private details to other family members and facilities. They then took me against my will to another facility.
