The doctor and nurse on the day of the biopsy were great but when I called up after 8 days to get my biopsy result (which I was told would be available in 7 days) I was told to just wait and they didn't even check if the results were back. Two weeks after the biopsy date I called again and they said "We've been trying to contact you for over a week" and gave me a lot of shitty attitude, if you were trying to contact me for over a week why was I given the bum's rush when I called. I had no missed calls and no emails, definitely never tried to contact me. Very unprofessional.

Met with Dr Zhoa for a procedure. Was truly grateful to my Dr that strongly recommended him to me. I found him to be thorough, would explain and offer alternatives, and so professional. Would certainly be using his service if the need arises. For peace of mind and confidence in treatment received I highly recommend Dr Zhoa.

A totally professional experience throughout. From checking our appointment schedules to checking our bodies, the team work together to make our visits easy. I was fortunate today to have a second doctor in at the examination (on a learning curve) and it was interesting for me to hear the explanations as well.
Thank you to all involved.

After a day of Drs and Midwife appointments all running 15-20 minutes late, I arrived at my 2:30pm appointment at 2:36pm, running up their stairs at 20 weeks pregnant, (2:38pm by the time I was checked through the system apparently) I was then asked to wait in the waiting room as if nothing was wrong, only to wait until 3pm to be told they’d have to reschedule my appointment due to me being late. A clear arrogant message, that it’s the not okay for the patient to ever run late. I was told that me being late would compromise my appointment and that their doctors run on a very tight schedule, so why make me wait in the first place? This is my 3rd time at the clinic and I can assure you, I’ve waited 5-10 minutes for an appointment before. I have quite clear skin, minimal freckles and moles, an attempt to look after me, in the 22 minutes I had left in my appointment, would have been what most caring and reputable businesses would have done. I made a new appointment and left, frustrated, emotional and disappointed. I then found Elmwood in Wodonga offer the same service and the reception staff couldn’t have been lovelier. I called Gardens to cancel my appointment, I was asked to wait on hold, 30 mins later the phone disconnected. I called back and was asked to hold again, I politely said I’d just been on hold for 30 minutes, couldn’t please speak to someone, I was put through to another receptionist, disconnected. I called back a third time and manage to cancel my appointment. My experience today was a clear flex of power and little interest in what kind of day someone might have been having - a little compassion would go a long way.
