Always say we will call you back for results... So when you call they ask to call back in the morning. Unreliable. I will be going somewhere else... Waiting on blood tests for my child that is extremely important three weeks now!!! Also myself on a scan 3 weeks no contact... Incompetent!!! No wonder the NDIS closed down with galambilla... Shut up he place down....

Unfortunately they are not there for there patients I have now gone without medication for well over 5 weeks due to constantly having my appointments canceled the day before or same day of my appointments then not knowing what medication is actually available. As a patient I told them what I was on and what was available I was told I can only give you what’s listed on there system. Which was 6 months at least out of date. 2 medications discontinued and 1 medication that’s at least a 3 month wait I rang to tell them this I was pretty much out of medication and was told the Dr wasn’t available again for weeks so again my anxiety depression and mental health has now been fuked up again my this service. They don’t care about their patients or if they do they only look after those who pretty much keep their mouth shut and just go with the flow. So they can funnel the funding to where they want it to go. Well my mental health is worth more than just being pushed to the side and Ignored. I’ve tried to find out about our ITC funding but they can’t or won’t provide any information about it so as far as I can tell it’s ok they book you in get paid but don’t do there job. Leave you weeks without medication now as there is only one doctor who can prescribe my medication I have been told they’ll fit me in where ever possible.i was supposed to hear from them within 24 hours. To when I can get my scripts. I still haven’t heard anything. Totally disgusted in the heath industry will be seeking legal advice about there services

Please be informed that you must see your doctor once every year or they will class you as a new patient again and you will not get your same doctor even if you have seen them years. They don't care about what medical needs you have so if you need life treating drugs make sure you go cause they don't care if you don't get them. So hopefully you don't have a brain injury and forget to go to your doctor.

Terrible Admin
• They can’t cater for their patient load
• Always booked out having to wait a month for an appointment
• Can’t be put on a cancellation list a day in advance
• Being told to ring at 8am on the dot to book an appointment to then be on call by the time 8.05 comes along and they answer your call, all appointments are booked out.
