I'm currently in hospital, with exacerbated asthma after being diagnosed with pneumonia, I had an appointment this morning with kamini Raj and she flat out yelled at me instead of reassuring me that I was going to be okay, I will not be coming back she also laughed at my partner as he was telling her his concerns for his mental health a few months ago, she is very unprofessional and like I said I will not be back my partner has already changed where he goes.

I have been going to Male Dr Raj for about 10 years now, he is amazing & could not fault him at all.
However, A few times I’ve had to see Dr Karmini, and I tell you, that woman has No clue. She is extremely rude, to the point where she answered reception & hung up on my sister who was asking an important question, and will continuously cut you off during a conversation. Very unprofessional in my opinion. She also told a family member nothing was wrong, then woke up the next day with extreme symptoms. Would NOT recommend seeing her, but Male Dr Raj instead.

Dr Raj has been a doctor since he was that lowood over 14 years ago. We would travel one hour for an appointment when he moved to Gailes. He is the best doctor we’ve ever had and there’s a family doctor he’s never allowed to retire!! I’m sure I would not be alive if it wasn’t for Dr Raj. I don’t know what I will do, I don’t know what our family will do if we cannot see him!

I cannot put into words how thankful I am for this service. Today I suddenly felt sick with a uti and have called every practise within Redbank plains and the 4300 area pleading for help. Was told there was nothing they could do with me pleading just for a subscription. If you've had a uti before it is one of the worst feeling . Called Gailes and she said there were no appointments until tommorrow but I asked that I needed help right away she told me.to.wait for the doctors call. She gave me a prescription and I'm now at ese. Thank you so much. You are indeed a great help and best service

Horrible experience, I went here after a workplace accident and I needed stitches, not only were the stitches bad in every sense of the word, but painful I felt pain even after the doctor stabbed me 5 times with local anesthetic in my hand in terrible spots aswell as going painfully deep with the needle, including through my knuckle leaving multiple blood blisters on the surface of my skin. I felt the first stitch go in with the needle and she said I can do one more on this, now or give you another local anesthetic I said you're the professional do what you thinks best of course the needle went in. 4 out of the 5 stitches came loose I will never ever be coming back I was in extreme pain from the stitches going in, to the point it was worse then my accident itself. They seemed to not care one bit. I'm sorry but Gailes was for lack of a better word terrible and I'm scared to ever go back there.

We spent many years with the two dr rajs excellent service from both of them often went over the top for us esp when I got cancer can't recommend them highly enough
