So glad to have found Fundamental Health. Having sudden neck nerve problems after the birth of my third child I went to Osteopath Alyssa for treatment. Great comprehensive treatment, with a clear plan, home exercises and hands on treatments combined with clinical Pilates and I now feel better than ever. Thankyou!

It is absolutely no understatement to say that discovering Fundamental Health was life changing for me. I originally saw Lauren for osteopathy treatment for pain but have since accessed clinical Pilates, naturopathy and accupuncture services through the clinic as well. All of the practitioners are professional, kind and genuinely care about ensuring you receive the highest possible level of care based on your own health experiences. Rebecca in particular as naturopath took a huge amount of time with me in our initial appointment to understand my medical history and explain treatment options. My experience at Fundamental has left me feeling better than I thought was possible and I feel the best I’ve felt in five years! The clinic led by Lauren is such a welcoming and safe space to access care and it’s wonderful to have so many different services integrated into one practice.

Osteopath Lauren is absolutely amazing. She listens and treats with such amazing care. I always feel so much better

I saw Rebecca, the Naturopath. She was amazing, very friendly and very thorough. My symptoms settled down quite quickly after taking the product that was recommended to me and changing the milk I was drinking. I can’t thank Rebecca enough for helping me with my nervous system and anxiety. I feel so much better in my self. I would ? recommend Rebecca, she’s amazing.
