I've had three sessions with Carmen now and after visiting at least two other psychologists over the last two years (one being a principal psychologist) who both lacked empathy or understanding of my situation I can safely say that Carmen not only has outstanding knowledge for someone just starting out in her career but she also has the genuine empathy and warmness other psychologists lack. I feel safe and supported at FLP and confident that I'm receiving the right care and advice for my needs and the rest of the staff seem lovely also. Would not hesitate to recommend!
