A place that should be helping people with their mental health, this place just makes it worse.

I never imagined I would be treated so badly. My referral clearly indicated that I required assisted therapy from a psychologist and they assigned me to a social worker. I emailed back and requested someone to call me and no one did. When I called and spoke to Leanne on the phone, she did not take the time to listen and kept telling that she has already emailed me. After asking her to please listen to me, she kept cutting me off. I then explained that I never expected to be treated like this from such a place.

I've been waiting for two weeks for my appointment and now I will have to start my search again, and probably go back to my doctor for another referral.

Exceptional professionalism and kind human beings. I know many psychiatrists professionally and as a patient and know when I have a good one. Dr Caniato is the man. Highly recommended and thanks in advance for future help! (Re: receptionists, they are super polite and professional and perhaps your tact is at fault? Just a thought…)

Couldn’t get an appointment referral was refused. No wonder people end up taking their own life . Also the receptionist was a rude as no compassion virtually hung up. Shame on you we don’t like to be in this Deep dark place maybe if you had it you would understand

Back to 2015 when I met Dr. Ricardo Caniato, he is a very knowledgable and sophisticated psychiatrist. I am well since then and I highly recommend him to everyone who need his professional help!
