The place is no good for a study other places are much better then they have u on the run around for months and months to keep calling never had a problem getting into a study till this place the workers are unprofessional go somewhere else for a study not this place if I can give a zero as a rating I will

The staff is unprofessional and full of drama like a highschool. They regularly violate the irb guild lines and violate the contract you sign with them. The lady that works the front desk is unprofessional and disrespectful they lie and force you to keep quiet about your adverse events and symptoms you get from the medication

I really enjoyed my stay at this facility. The staff: Bash, Abby, Nattal, Alisha, Sandra, Isabel, Norma, Gary, Dr. Lee were awesome! They made my 16 days memorable and enjoyable. They were super friendly and willing to go the extra mile. I would definitely go back and do another study with them. Thank you so much guys!!

Hey, it's Frontage. Not the best pay, not the worst, the food is no longer the worst around and with the move they can now boast an adequate facility. Still no computers or quiet room but I guess it could be worse. The staff is generally able and courteous although, if you've done studies elsewhere expect standard fare disorganization and occasional money woes.

This place is horrible the staff is definitely unprofessional they lie just as one person already posted to say they called when they didn’t. The most part about it is u see no other enthincity of race but Hispanics. So my advice to anyone that is not in that race don’t apply it’s a waste of time. They r racist nd the funny thing my mom brought someone with her that spoke the language Nd translated wat they was saying bout her. I would not recommend a lab rat to do a study here. This place should be closed down. My mom Melissa Jackson went to do the study for diabetes. They r a disgrace. Shut this place down. Only immigrants r allowed no Americans or other race are allowed. Please please don’t apply

The overnight study was a great experience. Not only was it fulfilling to provide valuable data to a sponsor but a great interactive experience with participants and staff. I highly recommend Frontage to those seeking both objectives.

The workers there are inexperienced, no phone support at all, its literally someone at the front desk. They have 3 numbers , no one picks up. Paymenst dont go through. been calling for 3 days.

Unprofessional and rude - doctors and staff. Inconsiderate and unpredictable, cause you to lose money for nothing. Not worth the effort by all means. No concern for the people who bother with them. Racist too.
