I was fortunate to visit Mildura and see Matt @ Freedom Chiropractic after 3 weeks of a painful back and neck. Matt carefully reviewed my history and the movements affecting my pain. Then, he gently adjusted. Finally, he gave me a few extra stretches and rolling techniques to help manage my back and neck. Mildura is fortunate to have Matt's Chiropractic skills. I am visiting Mildura for a week and woke in immense pain today and couldn't move my left shoulder or my neck... after seeing matt for a small adjustment and a lot of muscle work his enabled me to move my head again with some recommendations of stretches other things to ease the pain.

After visiting quiet a few chiro's over the years and not many wanting to work with the muscles to help ease the tension, matt knew this step often gets missed and placed great importance on it as well as him explaining his knowledge of the situation to help me understand how best to help my self moving forward.
