After attending another provider, I was blessed to be given Dr. Syeda contact. She is a very experienced doctor but the most important is that SHE LISTENS, something that nowadays doctors don't do. Really recommend this doctor, specially if you are a woman.

Without a doubt one of the worst practices in Canberra. They are always at least 45 mins late, no one cares. The receptionist doesn't want to be there, the doctors simply view you as a bot and don't show any care. Just avoid this place.

My experience at this clinic was extremely disappointing. The receptionist was fine, but the GP was neglectful and careless, not treating patients with proper care and attention. It appeared that she was uninterested in hearing my concerns and issues. Her demeanor indicated frustration while I was speaking. Won’t be going there anymore.

My experience at this clinic was incredibly disappointing. The receptionist seem to be good but gp is very neglectful and careless, not treating their patient properly with care and attention. I had to pay and go for multiple times to visit them due to their negligence.I would never recommend this facility to anyone seeking compassionate treatment.

Great experience seeing Dr Syeda. Very thorough and informative with no fuss, and obviously very experienced. Would recommend.

The receptionist is rude. They ask for a COVID test and proof before booking an appointment. My kid has thunderstorm and pollen induced asthma issues, and no one at home had any sickness other than cough. Why on earth would I book an appointment with you if it’s not important to get checked ‍♀️ on the same day and why on earth would I go thru so much hassle to book an appointment with you.

Looks like they have improved a lot. The doctor was nice and understanding and took the time to properly listen about the situation. The receptionist was such a sweetheart. Thank you for not making me feel uncomfortable about my hyper toddler. I truely appreciate.
