I recently reached out to Fortitude Health Co through their social media channels with a question about their discrimination policy. Instead of receiving an answer, I found that my inquiries were removed without any response. This lack of acknowledgment was disappointing, as I was simply seeking a clarification from the company.

After getting no reply online, I decided to call the company’s office directly to discuss my concerns. The call was initially answered, but when I politely asked for the name of the representative I was speaking with, the line was abruptly disconnected. Shortly afterward, I discovered I could no longer reach Fortitude Health Co from my number, suggesting that my number had been blocked.

These experiences have left me very concerned about the company’s transparency and customer service. While I am not making any direct accusations, being cut off and blocked at every attempt to seek information is troubling. I expected a professional dialogue or at least a clear explanation, and the lack of communication so far has been extremely disappointing from a customer perspective.

I strongly encourage Fortitude Health Co to publicly share its discrimination policy for the sake of transparency and accountability. Providing this information openly would demonstrate the company’s commitment to fair practices and help rebuild trust with clients. I hope the business will take this feedback on board and improve its communication, as openness and accountability are crucial for any reputable service provider.

Most amazing gym! Maddi and the team are super friendly and knowledgable - I have been strength training from a young age and injured my back not realising I was never taught correct form, since coming here I have learnt how to do exercises effectively and safely and got results plus my back is happy! Best team and environment also !! ☺️☺️
