I have received NDIS support through Fortify Health, in particular Elise Lane, for the past 18 months. The incredible support I received from Elise was integral in me navigating the complicated process of getting my driver's licence back after losing it due to deteriorated mental health. I simply could not have done it without Elise's support, guidance, patience and wisdom. Recently Elise has connected me with Ben, a support worker who is assisting me with cooking, Finally after years of eating the same meal 3 times a day I am enjoying nutritious and varied meals which I could not prepare myself.
