I attended this practice a number of years ago and saw Raymond Lo. I had bursitis, severe inflammation of the bursa. After 4 visits I saw no improvement at all. The issue with this place is, they use traditional Chinese medicine and unproven methods. I have listed 2 examples on why I say this from my experience.

For example,
1. Acupuncture: He did acupuncture on my shoulder a number of times, and this has not been proven effective anywhere especially for bursitis and severe inflammation in general. I had no improvement at all.
2. Therapeutic Ultrasound: he literally used an ultrasound machine and put gel on my shoulder and used the machine on it for 10min. Very questionable practices.

I saw 2 other medical professionals and they were baffled and couldn’t believe Raymond was conducting those practices for severe inflammation of the bursa.

After consulting 2 medical professionals, I got a cortisone injection relieved the inflammation instantly shortly after I stopped seeing him. I improved dramatically, and did rehab exercises. I saw another physiotherapist and my shoulder was back to normal after some time.

Also, on every occasion he had other patients so I was left on a bed on my own waiting with needles in my shoulder. No real attention.

Overall, it was a waste of money and my time. I saw no improvement and still to this day cannot believe I had acupuncture and an ultrasound machine rubbed on me with gel.

This place has the best Chiro practitioner (Ira Thapa) I've come across over the past few years and I've been to multiple chiropractor previously.
Ira is very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!
This place also accept medicare on GP referral cap at 5 session per year.

I had some chronic shoulder pain and they managed to diagnose (it was tendon strain) and begin treatment within 10 minutes of my appointment. Two more sessions and I’m basically pain free. Reliable and affordable!

Close to town hall station. They accept medicare on GP referral cap at 5 sessions per year. I m there for my knee issue, my knee always feels better after each sessions.
