Dora, Lynda and their team are amazing!! I've been doing pilates here for years and always have a great experience. All instructors tailor your workout and make adjustments depending on how your body is feeling on the day. They are encouraging and take the time to ensure your form is correct.

Form Fit & Function health provide a range of services within their clinic making it a one stop shop for a variety of treatments! I enjoyed & developed lots of core strength while doing reformer Pilates prenatally & feel this helped during my pregnancy. I cannot wait to get back into it.
