It is such a relief to have a local Radiology Clinic again. My son had a recent x-ray to investigate a possible fracture and I attended on a previous occasion for an ultrasound examination. On both occasions the staff were professional and caring, the examinations were performed to a high standard and the report issued by an experienced Radiologist and available to my GP by the next day.

Took my elderly dad for an xray . He is an 83 man with mobility issues and in significant pain from a recent fall

It was a real struggle to get him on the bed and he was in so much pain we could not get him off .

The staff would not help us and my dad went into respiratory distress at this time we called an ambulance

The staff constantly came back in asking how long were we going to be .

Even when the ambulance arrived the continued to ask his long we were going to be .

More interested in how much money they were losing

The icing on the cake they wanted to bring a patient in to X-ray them whilst my dad was exposed on the bed and their comment was it’s only a little bit of radiation

I was appalled beyond words . No empathy at all

Should you need an X-ray or have a loved one with mobility issues definitely do not take them there .

There was 4 of us who finally managed to move him

Appalling duty of care . Appalling human interest and I would never recommend anyone to go there

Absolutely lovely lady. Made me feel comfortable. Was very quick and efficient. I do love this place. I rang for an appointment in the evening and got one the next morning.

We left our pregnancy ultrasound very disappointed with the service we received.
A few of the things that lead to our dissatisfaction were: very long wait time, tiny and cluttered ultrasound room, technician kept saying ‘he’ even though we asked not to find out the sex, we weren’t offered a take home picture of baby like any other place we’ve been, I specifically asked for scans to be sent to the hospital and they were never sent.
For a place that is charging above average costs for their services we did not receive the service expected.
Leaving this review to hopefully save any other parents to be the disappointment of what should be an exciting experience!

Absolutely seamless experience. The sonographer was respectful and took me in same time. The scan was completed timely and I got my results back fast! Highly recommend this place!
