Incredibly disappointing treatment of patients waiting. Apparently a 1 hour delay after making an appointment is normal. After being told there’s X3 before me and apparently no patients had jumped the queue I’m told there’s X3 people before me and another hour wait…
My advice. Don’t make an appointment. Don’t walk in. Serving the public like this doesn’t deserve any support. We don’t need a tragedy to occur for anyone to notice… no excuses…

Unless you have plenty of time to waste, the rude receptionist's lady will always tells you are next in the queue but still need another hour's wait. I was shocked by so many similar feedback. I will never be there again.

From the very first day I stepped into Forest Medical I felt welcomed, respected, and genuinely cared for by the beautiful elderly lady at the reception. One of my friends recommended me a GP for my ongoing health issues; from there I get to meet Dr. Whittaker Roy, who is truly an exceptional physician. Mr. Roy takes his time to listen, explain diagnoses and treatment options in clear, approachable language, ensuring I never leave with unanswered questions.

The doctor was good, but the receptionist was much worse today(21st July 2024-Sunday). I asked her name three times on the phone, but she didn't tell me. She wasn't patient and yelled at me, saying she was busy. That was my first time raising my voice and asking, "What's wrong with your attitude?" I had to see the doctor twice weekly and was charged $60 and $75 for around ten minutes each time. No one wants to get sick and gets there frequently! I made one online appointment for tomorrow and wanted to avoid talking with the receptionist again!

I’ve been attending this centre for just over one year. It’s the best medical centre I’ve ever attended in my life. And that’s saying a lot. I’ve got a lot of medical issues and ailments. I highly recommend seeing Dr R Whittaker and Dr Rasheed. The staff are great too. I’ve also recommended Forest Road medical centre to other friends too. Best ever medical centre

l have had good experiences with the doctors at this medical hall; they are professional and attentive. However, one of the receptionists stands out for her poor customer service. While I won’t mention her by name, she has consistently been rude, both over the phone and in person. Her communication lacks basic courtesy, and she has even been dishonest in some of our interactions. It's disappointing to encounter such behavior at the front desk of a place meant to provide care."

Worst waiting times. I waited for more than 3.5hrs since my appointment time to see the doctor on Sunday. When I initially came they told me just to sit down and wait. They should have at least had the decency to tell me that wait times would be long and to come back at a certain time (like other medical centres, and I am more than happy to do so). I was told 2 people on front of me, but saw more than 2 people let in, in front of me. I will absolutely not be coming back here. This has happened far too many times.

This medical centre is located inside Westfield Hurstville so transport to appointments is very handy, however once in the practice you have to try and side step the very unhelpful receptionist at the front counter.
Her abrupt attitude boarders on disgraceful. She is very rude to the point where the question you ask she doesn't even listen to she just answers non related topics.
I recently got married so I had to update my details as I had change of Surname. Once I gave her my details I was no longer able to book appointments on line. The next appointment I had which I made over the phone (having to wait well over 40mins to do) I brought up this issues with the receptionist.
She was not helpful in anyway didn't listen to my needs could only say talk to Medicare. Medicare has nothing to do with it it's the surgery booking site. I was then told that she wouldn't help me and repeated I don't want you to do a review.
Sorry I did.
Doctors lovely at the practice receptionist unbelievably rude and arrogant.
